Tonèl

A place to gather.

Tonèl is built around a simple idea: great experiences start when people come together. We are building a simpler way to discover events, bring people together, and help organizers turn an idea into a real experience—without unnecessary complexity in the way.

Why "Tonèl"?

The name comes from Haitian Creole. A tonèl is a covered shelter or arbor—a space that evokes people coming together for conversation, music, food, celebration, and community.

We loved what that represents. The word has Haitian roots, while the instinct behind it is universal: people making time and space to be together.

  • A concert in Port-au-Prince.
  • A creative meetup in Montréal.
  • A community dinner in Miami.
  • A conference in New York.
  • A neighborhood event in Paris.

Different places. Different people. The same reason to come together. That's Tonèl—and it isn't defined by a border. Our ambition is to build a home for gatherings like these wherever they happen.

Built for the people doing the work

Publishing an event, filling seats, knowing who is actually coming, and issuing tickets with secure, revocable credentials: that is the real work behind every gathering. It is the work Tonèl is built to carry.

Tonèl is designed not to take a percentage commission on ticket sales, so organizers can focus more of their revenue on the experiences they create.

From one gathering place to many

Wherever people gather, there can be a Tonèl.
